Before You Order
Dimensions, weight, materials and construction vary between ZEVRILOA designs. Before ordering, review the information on the individual product page and compare any published measurements with the space where you intend to display or use the product.
Our collection includes sculptural vases, trays, candleholders, bookends, photo holders, modular objects, ambient lighting, aroma accessories and tabletop pieces. Products that appear similar in photographs may differ significantly in scale, weight and intended use.
How to measure your space
Use a tape measure and check the full area around the intended location. Allow enough clearance for the product to be placed, handled and cleaned safely.

Choosing the right product
Product dimensions refer to the item itself unless the product page states otherwise. Measurements may be taken at the widest, deepest or tallest point of an irregular sculptural form.
Where a design includes several pieces, confirm whether the published dimensions describe each component, the complete assembled arrangement or both. Allow additional space if you plan to separate, rotate or rearrange components.
These are general guidelines only. The description, measurements, materials and safety information shown on the individual product page should take priority.
Placement by product type
Vases and vessel sets
Place sculptural vases and vessel sets on a stable, level surface with enough clearance around projecting or asymmetric sections. Use only with water or fresh flowers where the product page expressly confirms that the vessel is watertight and suitable for that purpose.
If watertight use is not stated, style the piece empty or with dried or artificial botanicals. Protect furniture from condensation, moisture and plant material.
Trays and decorative objects
Decorative trays and sculptural objects should sit fully on a level surface. Do not overload a tray or use decorative arcs, handles or raised elements to lift it unless the product instructions expressly permit this.
Use a soft barrier beneath products with textured or metal bases when placing them on delicate lacquer, polished stone, glass or easily scratched wood.
Bookends and photo holders
Bookends work best on a stable, level shelf with books standing upright. Do not rely on decorative bookends to restrain unstable stacks or heavy objects on a sloping or vibrating surface.
Insert photographs, cards or notes gently into photo holders. Do not force material that is thicker than the opening, as this may mark the insert or distort the holder.
Candleholders
Confirm the recommended candle type and size on the product page. Place the candleholder on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from curtains, paper, plants, shelves and other combustible materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets and draughts. Do not move the candleholder while the candle is lit or while wax and surrounding surfaces remain hot.
Ambient lighting
Use ambient lights only with the power source, voltage and components specified for the product. Keep ventilation openings clear and place the light on a dry, stable surface away from excessive heat and moisture.
Disconnect the light before cleaning. Stop using it if the cable, plug, power component, diffuser or housing becomes damaged or unusually hot.
Aroma accessories
Use only the fragrance format and quantity identified in the product instructions. Protect surrounding furniture from oils and fragrance liquids, and wipe spills promptly using a method suitable for the affected surface.
Keep fragrance products away from children, pets, food, flames and heat. Do not ingest fragrance materials or apply them directly to skin unless their own manufacturer expressly states that the product is suitable for that use.
Tabletop and food-related pieces
Use condiment boxes, carafes, fruit stands, fruit baskets and napkin weights only for the purposes described on their product pages.
Before placing food or drink in direct contact with a product, confirm that the relevant component is described as food-contact suitable. Unless stated otherwise, avoid use with hot food, hot liquids, oily products or strongly staining ingredients.
Glass components should be handled carefully and inspected for chips or cracks before each use. Do not use damaged glassware.
Modular and kinetic objects
Rearrange modular or movable components with both hands over a clear, stable surface. Do not force joints, pivots or stacked pieces beyond their natural range of movement.
These products are decorative objects, not toys. Keep small, detachable or movable components away from young children and pets.
Materials and appearance
ZEVRILOA products may combine glass, metal, wood, stone-inspired composites, terrazzo-inspired finishes, translucent materials and other decorative surfaces.
Small variations in colour, grain, texture, veining, speckling, surface pattern, edge finish and component alignment may occur. These differences are particularly visible on wood-toned, mineral-inspired and terrazzo-inspired finishes and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Metallic finishes may develop subtle changes in tone through handling, exposure to air and normal ageing. Natural-looking materials and textured finishes may also respond differently to light from different angles.
Colour and scale
We aim to represent product colours accurately, but colour may vary because of photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Reflective metal, translucent glass, textured surfaces and illuminated products may look different as the viewing angle or ambient light changes.
Room-setting photographs are intended to show styling and atmosphere. Perspective and surrounding furniture can make an object appear larger or smaller than it is. Always rely on the published measurements rather than judging scale from an image alone.
General care
Always follow the instructions supplied with the individual product. Product-specific instructions take priority over the general guidance below because materials and construction vary.

Care by material
Metal and metallic finishes
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and repeated rubbing, which may change brushed, polished or plated finishes. Remove moisture promptly and do not leave acidic, salty or oily substances on the surface.
Glass and translucent components
Handle glass with dry hands and place it gently on a protected surface. Wash only where the product instructions permit it. Avoid sudden temperature changes and do not use chipped, cracked or deeply scratched glass.
Wood and wood-toned surfaces
Keep away from standing water, high humidity and prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe spills immediately. Do not soak wooden components or place them in a dishwasher unless expressly permitted.
Stone, terrazzo and mineral-inspired finishes
Use a soft cloth and avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads and coloured liquids that may stain a porous surface. Lift the product when moving it instead of dragging it across furniture.
Electrical and illuminated components
Disconnect power before cleaning. Never immerse electrical components or allow liquid to enter openings, switches, ports or cable connections. Use only compatible replacement components specified for the product.
Spills and stains
Blot spills promptly with a clean, colourfast cloth. Do not scrub aggressively, as friction may spread the mark or alter the finish.
Before using any cleaning product, check the product instructions and test it on a small, concealed area. Do not mix cleaning chemicals. For valuable furniture beneath the product, follow the furniture manufacturer’s care guidance as well.
Unpacking and inspecting your order
Open the parcel on a clean, stable surface and retain the packaging until you have checked the product.
- Lift the product from its packaging instead of pulling on arches, handles, stems, pivots or decorative components.
- Check glass, metal, wood-toned and stone-inspired components for transit damage.
- Confirm that all pieces listed on the product page are present.
- Do not assemble, fill, light, power, wash or use a product if you may wish to return it.
- Keep all labels, inserts, protective materials and original packaging until you are certain that you are keeping the product.
